My friend wants a new neck for his bronze bc rich and hes thinking about buying a new platinum neck instead of a brand new guitar.Where could i get a platinum neck and how much would it be worth?

ask your guitar store about it
you can lie and tell them that your neck is busted and it needs a replacement, and if it's getting replaced you might as well upgrade it. If they're an authorized BC rich dealer, they probably get parts shipped in for repairs. I'm not sure though, 'cause that's how it works for Ibanez. they don't sell parts by themselves unless you're getting a repair (and they won't give you the new neck without taking the old one). Companies do this 'cause they don't want people making counterfeit instruments with the company's genuine parts.

my advice: don't get a bc rich neck. there pure shit. there fretboards LOVE to peel at the nut and that forces you to raise the action to shitty levels (unless you like the feel of high action)

..'nother question.. why get a new neck? the bronze series warlock is a peice of shit guitar any way... super bassy pick ups with no highs in them, bad craftsmanship.. i'd just save up my money and get a nice ibanez, now thats a quality made guitar!

Well if he really likes the guitar then, yeah do it. Putting the new neck on may be hard (like getting the right angle), so I would take it to a luthier unless you know what your doing. And if your getting a new neck, you might as well get some kickass new pickups with it. Otherwise it would be pointless to have an improved guitar with shitty tone. But yeah, do whatever you want.

The neck pocket is angeled, not the neck. So that wouldnt be a problem.

Not true. I've got a Platinum Warlock that I have owned for 2 years and the neck is perfect. Never had any problems with it nor have I heard of such that you claimed.

The Platinum neck is made with a diffrent kind of wood or something, I don't really remember.
