Phobia
I just rceived a cd of theirs which is a split with a punk band called Resist And Exist, me and m friend started agueing what type of genre do Phobia play, I said Grind Core but he said Death Metal. Well anyway, they sound like Misery Index except Phobia are a bit more extreme.

i have decided that i can no longer be bothered putting bands into a specific genra, its too tedious and pointless, if you dont instantly know what they are then why not put them in 2 categories, as Nihilist suggested, or just say they are simply a Metal band

I fucking love Phobia. One of the greatest grind bands I've ever heard. I can't really recommend an album, cause they're all awesome as hell.
They were on RealTV one time because they were involved in a bar fight when they were playing in Japan. Try and find the video cause their bassist is sweet. If you see it you'll know what I mean.
