I'd check out Stratovarius, despite their recent retardedness. If you get one of their albums, about 1/2 of the songs are good, and the other half is retarded beyond reason. Still, when they get it right, it's some pretty good music.
If you like Rhapsody, you may like Symphony X better. And their a little less embarrasing too.

i'm probably insane but, from what i listened to, Symphony X sounds a lot like Dream Theater.
which is not a bad thing by any means.
i have a shitload of Iron Maiden albums but it never occured to me they would be considered power metal.
Blind Guardian - very good.
Iced Earth - also very good.
Luca Turilli - this guy is awesome. his skills are even better than when he plays with Rhapsody.
i'll check the others as soon as i can.
