Its easier to do with a low profile bridge. Just grab the tremolo bar and pinch a harmonic on the G string and lift up. Its not really that hard.
Or you can do a natural harmonic on the high E on the 5th fret. The lift up the bar. Or....pinch a harmonic on the open B string and use your left hand for the wammy part. Satriani does that sometimes.
