Nihilist,
I was in a band called Bethaven when Devourment came out in Dallas. We used to do shows together in Dallas. Brain, which was the name of the original guitarist did not play the same thing ever. He played so fast that there were no real notes. However, I talked with one of the other guitarist at a Cannibal Corpse Show a couple of weekends ago in Downtown Dallas and he put his own notes to the music when he took over for Brain at that time, but he was more talented. If I can contact him, I will see if he still knows any of it. However, if you want to play that song for now, just speed pick really fast and move your fret fingers around really fast up and down the E string and you basically are playing it right.
