thanks
the Rg has dimarzio's in it, tonezone's and a blue velvet in the bridge.
I had a korean dinky before the RG, sadly enough it was stolen, the RG is a better guitar though, the floyd holds its tune much better and the neck is awsome.

these are my babies. my RG350DX-WH
and my Warlock (which is back in massachusetts right now ). all you gotta do is pretend that the pic of the warlock is showing one with regular wear and tear, and with an EMG 85 in the bridge.

Gotta find my digital camera.

thanks Darko,
Freek, how's the trem on your RG? my 750 is from '89 when this was the same as the prestige series is now, it has the original Edge (I) trem, stays in tune after weeks of abuse and its just as sturdy as an OFR!! shame Ibanez quit making them to cut cost on the RG's... I played an new 550 last week and the trem was crap
anyways, I found a old pic of my strat too, it has more stickers now and a cleaned fretboard, bunch of new strings, a nice seymourduncan hotrail in the bridge position too, but the guitar looks pretty much the same overall (crap, like any strat)

I got those
The JEM 555 (The black one)
A Classical Yamaha C-70
An Epiphone Explorer customized by me (With 2 EMG-89)
i can't find an exact pics of it but it's basically like this one except it
is red (just like the Acura integra) and it has no pick guard.
My Yamaha GL-1 Guitalélé (a miniature classical guitar) very fun to play with....
And 2 cheap ass Strat-style Degas i cant find pick of it. on red and one black

I don't really mind the handle... what bothers me is the pick-guard color.
I really hate it. And i don't really like the Dimarzio humbuckers, i wonder if i could put my two humbucker (emg-89 active)
on it. The problem is have a single in the middle and i don't know if i can mix it with them.

yeah the pearloid ugly thingy, I have a black one, which is just boring, but at least its 3 ply so it looks descent.
which ones does it have, PAF's? I've got tone zones and a blue velvet in the middle, just fine...
with emg's, you can't combine your middle pu with them, because they work on an active circuit, you'll have trouble with the output volume of the middle pu and shit. you're better of getting different passive pu's, like invaders or stuff like that.

the trem needed springs because i use 11's and it came factory strung with 9's. well the bridge does good i can tell you that, as long as you have everything locked, and the srtings stretched, it will not go out of tune. definately a good trem.

here are 2 of my three axes. the acoustic is an alvarez artist series midnight special (75th anniversary commemorative edition), and the les paul is a gibson les paul special faded worn cherry, still stock stuff like 490r/498t pups.. emg 81/60 soon though. i also have a black on black ibanez silver cadet, my first guitar, but i left it at my girl's place for her to use, so i can't get a pick. it's all black, licensed floyd bridge, h/s/h 5 way selector setup. needs new pups and bridge but it works quite well still.

Nice guitars all, and now for a laugh for all of you, a pic of my old Ibanez RG 470 with an EMG-81 at 27v
I know you all are going to ask "what the hell is it covered in, and well, its a duct tape, and there have been some custom modifications done to it, so far the wiring is changed, but there is an EMG now, the lower horn has been cut and flipped over and soon as I change my strings I am filing down the heel joint, it is an older RG so it has a strat style joint, I want to make that slightly smaller and more rounded.
as well, here are a few pics of old guitars of mine (as in I dont own anymore)
an Ibanez S series
a Jackson Kelly
Ibanez AX7221 (suggestions to all, avoid these they are terrible)

I have a video camera that can take digital pictures but im not sure how to take photo's with it yet. Here are some pictures off the internet that look like my exact guitar. It's a Jackson Y2KV (the one with the sorta wood finish) which is to the direct right of the pink one in that one photo. Its pretty obvious which one it is in the other photo with the two guitars. The color is a bit off in the two guitar one though, its a bit darker than that.

Rr1 - my white '93 RR1 that before I took all the electronics / hardware out. I just put it all back together again today and strung it up and played it for about 2 hours straight. Plays really nice now that I cleaned up the trem and adjusted a lot of other stuff (action, intonation, etc)
Bass01 - Me playing my MTD 4 string at a gig a few months ago with my death metal band.
08se06 - Picture of me looking stoned from a gig last monday with my melodic metal band. Playing my black RR1T... Take note of the Triple XXX and Bogner cab... Unfortunately my noise gate kept turning off and blasting the monitors / crowd with feedback but overall it was a killer gig. That RR1T stays in tune so nicely. I checked my tuning between a few songs to make sure I was precisely in tune and I didn't drift away from my original tuning at all.
Can't find any decent pictures of my Kramer Les Paul copy or of my Y2KV.

yeah.. i'm really excited about having an RG now. my lp has the slim 60s neck, so it's not quite as fat as most, but this rg's neck is just awesome. it feels so great. now i'm off to fight with the metronome.

I've had it for about 9 years, and not one single problem. It has great effects, but it has unbelievable EQ possibilities. It's got 31 band equalizers, 6 band stereo parametric EQs. If you get it just right, you can get some amazingly crushing distortions out of it. I have actually after many years finally found my sound with that thing. It's just like any other processor, though. You have to spend enough time with it to get what you want out of it. However, I couldn't live without my Lexicon! They stopped making that model about 6 or 7 years ago. It has great delays, loop effects, and MIDI capabilities. I would be absolutely lost without that thing. As far as the power amp, I've had a few problems with it. Had to actually replace some resistors inside of it. But other than that, everything works unbelievable.

Don't worry, it's just a Squier. If I ever buy anything of a standard RG or better I will take real good care of it.

The first guitar is my Schecter Omen 6 2003 along with my Marshall AVT50 amp. Now, the REAL best is the second one. It is a three-stringed demon squire that rages hell with the mammoth, beast of a 5 watt Danelectro Honeytone. Got them both for free, can't beat that.

yeah, definately, it's only a matter of time when I'm getting a 81/85 set for it... though the H4s are not bad for passives, but still, actives are the shit.
right now i'm more focused on buying a better amp, like a Valvestate 8100 <3

It is the nicest playing guitar I own. I just oiled the Ebony last night, and it is so smooth. I never thought I would love Ebony this much.
Oh, and I can get some of the most horrid sounding feedback between the bridge and where the strings meet the body. I don't know if this is good or bad.....but it sure does sound crazy!!!!!

Here is a recent pic of my Ibanez RG560. I bought it back in 1991. I haven't played it in about 5 years or so, but man, I sure love playing it now.

the bridge was quite nice aswell
overall, a nice guitar!
