Kataklysm + Martyr show
Show's apparently taking place in Montreal on March 27th.
Needless to say, it's wonderful. I'm gonna be counting down the days from now on!
PS. Read this on Martyr's website.

Working fine for me.
Whenever i try viewing the site at my friend's house, the same thing happens. We try clicking on different options but the main page stays the same. I think it has something to do with your cookie setting....they mentionned it somewhere on the site.

I don't think so. They only just released Warp Zone in 2003 because no-one would distribute it here. Needless to say, when they do drag their sorry arses over, I'd give my bollocks to be there. Well, maybe not both of them!

Maybe it's because the band originated around Montreal?!?
And John, i'm pretty sure they haven't played outside Canada and the US. Not even too sure about the US.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MOST BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!?!?!??!?!?!
MARTYR WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!! And on top of that, the drummer was sick as a goat, but he still performed flawlessly! IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!!
I can't believe how goddamn talented Daniel Mongrain is......the guy's like the top 10 guitar players in the world wrapped into a metalhead. He's fucking nuts.
Anyways, they played these songs:
Virtual Emotions (1st song)
Hopeless Hopes
some song i didn't know, probably off Hopeless Hopes
The Fortune Teller
Deserted Waters
Warp Zone
Endless Vortex Towards Erasing Destiny
Wreck
Prototype
I think that's about it.
Oh yeah, Kataklysm was there too. The drummer was also insane, did about a 2 minute drum solo and proceeded onto a song (without stopping) with some of the fastest blast beats i'm ever seen.
And there was a hot bartender. Ranking amongst the hottest chicks i've ever seen. NICE!
The opening bands were horrible.....we had a Black Metal band, Fantasy Metal, Power Metal and Opera Metal. Then 2 death metal main acts?!?!?! WWWWWWHHHHHHAAAAAAAAT?!?!??! Whatever, the end justified the means.

yeah Martyr was the best ever!!
i expected a little better from Kataklysm, they didn't play too many good songs, alot of just the same deal over and over. i generally don't like thier drummer, but that solo is equal to, if not better than the Morbid Angel Drum Check thing.

That must've been one hell of a show. Somehow I knew it was going to be Martyr who supported them though!

I forgot, Martyr also played "Retry Abort Ignore" at the show, which by the way John, WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!! Haha!
Luckily i also live 2 hours away, and own a car for transportation. YES!!!
My way of thinking now is that Martyr might tour with Cryptopsy since both are working on new albums which should be out this year......so they might tour Canada!!!! I'LL GO SEE THEM EVERYWHERE?!?!??! TORONTO!?? MONTREAL?!?!.......uh.....MONTREAL?!??!

I'm liking your way of thinking. Maybe they'd both come over to the UK and tour!
