Its decent. Maybe 3 good songs: Deviant, Disciple, God Send Death. But its Slayer, and compared to Slayer's track record its a steaming pile of shit.

Surprised no has said New Faith yet, i love that song. but Payback. Threshold, Here Comes The Pain, and Seven Faces are good. I love the sound of this cd, theres ALOT of gain but it dosent get muddy or undefined. So what if it nots like old slayer it still a hell of alot better than saint anger

Yeh New Faith is quality.....also Cast Down has some gritty vocals and Seven Faces is a great track...actually tom was outstanding on this album...
i think its a pretty good album and its way better than their previous....
and BLS....who the fuck listens to new Metallica nowadays>>>???....those old bastards sold out years ago..

new faith is a positive addition, whilst my personal fave is darkness of christ, its not so much a song but an awesome intro and i just wish that they could have had some song like mind control, necrophobic, or sex.murder.art following it up.
rest of the album is mixed really badly, which is probably why i hate it so much. i cant listen to more than 2 or 3 songs at a time. tom is screaming his fucken head of like a kid chucking a tantrum. the ghua tracks on warfield dvd sound alot better though.

Uhm... I have heard lots of ppl say slayer is an awesome band, so when i checked them out I downed God hates us all. I didnt like it, sounded a bit nu-metalish to me. I take from your oppinions most slayer cd's sound different?

They had quite an mainstream sound on that album IMO, i didnt say they were nu-metal, that album sounded that way.
And most metal bands i'm into now i started listening a year ago.

I don't mind Here Comes The Pain and the opening riff to Disciple. I also like Bloodline but the solo sounds similar to a Tom Morello solo and makes me cringe.
