I have this really shitty nylon strap that falls apart every fricken time I use it. The end near the neck pops off everytime and I have to stop playing and reattach it. What's a good strap that looks cool and doesn't fall apart?

forget strap locks, I have a 2 inch wood screw and some washers through a Levy strap and it has never fallen off, not for anything, running, jumping, around-the-worlds, nothing, it was the cost of a nice strap, I paid 20 for the strap, and then 2 screws and some washers, a few cents at a hardware store

strap locks are good, or depending on the guitar some people just prefer good ol' duct tape.

I thought that the dimarzio clip straps were pretty cool. Doesn't seem that plastic would be dependable though. Any thoughts?

I got one of those plastic clip straps thrown in with my Ibanez and I never used it, just got strap locks and strap off old guitar and its all good.

I use a dunlop strap without any locks and mine has never fallen no matter what I did with it on lol.

Zakk staps will never fall off because he uses these metal loops, like the one eddie van halen used. And then he either clips a chain to them or a huge leather strrap made by red monkey leather.

go to your guitar store and find one, I've got a wide strap too, on my other guitar I've got a camo strap (dimebag style) and on my basses I've got a fender strap and one of those wide flexible motherfuckers

well i just checked a custom strap is 350. and the belts are like 250.

I can't find thick black leather straps ANYWHERE. The only wide straps I've seen were acoustic straps and those are ugly.

Yeah, I'm looking into getting a strap. The stores around here overprice them though. I'm looking online to find a cool looking strap that matches my brown burst strat. Any good online shops you guys recommend? I've looked at some already but nothing has popped out at me.
