I wouldn't classify Deeds of Flesh as gore, they may have a few songs about it but they have a wider lyrical range.
In my opinion, goremetal gets very boring and repeditive. Same ol' lyrics with the same tempo.

Don't use idiotic metaphors.
If a band sings about a certain subject, portrays that subject whenever they can in whatever way they can (ie: album covers, band art, pics, blood paint, etc.) and even goes as far as calling one of their own albums the subject, then they are most likely the best example of a band that falls into the subject's category.

Dude, Sepsism are a hell of alot of nice guys. I met the bassist Rafi Roumdikian (he's armenian) and he hooked me up with their album Severe Carnal Butchery. Once I heard that shit, I was fucking hooked.
