Boss Metal Zone

Forgive me if this has already been asked before (I'm new here). I was just wondering what the best settings are for it? I'm mostly into thrash. Any suggestions? Thanks

there are no "best settings" someone can just give you, just mess around with it and your amps eq until you get something you like.
