i know somebody out theres got to know who the best black metal band is, and if so y isnt there ne of their tabs i really want to know if ne one else know bout them and if not go to there websit and download a couple of there songs and tell me what u think : www.tvangeste.com

I had thought that the pronounciation was "van-guest" ... Eh, ah well. But as for everybody saying the band has a gay name or sounds cradleish, actually try to inform yourself on the subject before talking about it. The name Tvangeste holds very close to black metal band names, as is... it's a prussian city burned down by christians. Perfect name for a black metal band, wouldn't you say? And the sound... Choir + Orchestra, it rocks... the vox are ten tiems greater than CoF, and they are without a doubt the best balck metal band I have heard to date. I would also like tabs on the songs (especailly the three from the newer CD--storm,tears,raven) , so someone please tab them out!!!

Lol, the best thing about these guys is that they're bragging about
wanting to play with CoF, but economy crisis in Russia stopped that.
What "true" band wants to play with CoF???
I mean, every rotten underground BM from Russia nowadays is "true"!

yeah, i heard these guys 4 or 5 months ago. I like the symphonic elements, seeing as how black metal in this form is my favorite. I thought they were ok, but they just arnt on the top of my list at the moment. I sorta have the feeling like: i would like to have a burnt cd of theirs, but right now i wouldnt buy it. It is pretty decent BM though.

The only reason to want to play with CoF is so you can murder them onstage and release the DVD. Imagine, CoF start their first song, then suddenly a bomb planted under the drum set explodes, sending pieces of the drummer into the audience and severely injuring the rest. Then after couple of pyro flashes and smoke screens, your band suddenly appears on stage out of nowhere playing Pure Holocaust. The singer chains Dani's legs while a machine drags his body across the floor up onto the back wall, leaving a trail of blood, where he's crucified upside down. Multiple animal heads and guts fall from the ceiling while the lead guitarist has his foot planted on the body of CoF's guitarist.
It would have to happen in a country that doesn't have an exportition treaty with the rest of the world, though.

I am sure most if not all of the people that have passed through the ranks of COF are great musicians. I for one believe Dani is the one who has drug the legacy of COF past, present, and future through the mud. Yes this is coming from somone who has been a fan for about 11 years now. I am just about thru with him. Will wait and see what he spews forth next in terms of an album. Dani is a morbid mixture of Hetfield and Ulrich rolled into a greedy, British egg roll.
Oh yeah I like this band. Not my favorite but it is good. It will have to grow on me. It reminds me of Ram-Zet only better.

And yes, I love them. One of my favorite bands. Songs such as Birth of the Hero and Storm are just major ownage. And all you fools who say they're like Cradle of Filth, go die. Every singer with a more higher pitched voice and sort of straining vocals are always compared to Dani Filth. The singer from this band sounds slightly like Dani, but just barely. And aside from that, they sound nothing alike.
