Bolt-on Necks..

Can anyone please tell me the pros and/or cons of having a through neck instead of a bolt-on?

Thanks

one of the pros of having a neckthru is that you have more space to move around the higher frets, hence being more practical for lead

greater tuning stability with the neckthru, also it sounds better to my ears, ie. slightly fuller sound as opposed to shitty with bolton.

Neckthroughs will sound better in terms of have a more well rounded sound and a better transfer of sound and fequencys throuh the wood. Since bolt ons will be limited in this field because you are in essance trying to make 2 pieces of wood work as one. And tone will travel better through a single piece of wood than it would through 2 pieces.

Sure neckthrough are expensive to be repaired but who the fuck allows their guitars neck to bow or crack or whatever so bad that it needs to be replaced?
