Bring it to your local music store if you don't have any clue how to do it
BUt I think there's a installation guide in your pick-up box.. (i had one in my emg-89).

Tools
-Screwdriver(s) to remove your current PUs and mount the EMGs in the rings
-Wrench (or wtf it's called. a thing to untighten nuts with) to remove your current pots from the guitar, and replace them with the new ones. (Not needed if your current pots are the same as the ones you get)
-Soldering iron and solder (I guess that's the name. the stuff you use with the soldering iron)
I've heard bad things about soldering irons/guns near magnetic devices (such as pickups), so I'd suggest you keep your PUs a fair bit away from the iron at all times when the iron is connected. It's not difficult to do the installation if you've got some experience of soldering. Just remember to do the work properly, avoid spilling solder on the body and so on. Be careful not to damage anything.
I installed a set of EMGs in my KE3 a few months ago, took me 2h (from 01:00 to 03:00 in the night, took so long mostly because I was tired), and everything went fine. I do however have a good deal of experience of soldering.
So, I'd say, if you feel afraid of it and are not in extreme lack of money, take it a tech. If you feel confident about it, DIY.
Good luck

installing an EMG 81 in an ibanz rg 570 defenetly does not require any routing, because it's got normal Humbucker size, installing it in a Les Paul with P-90 pu's would require routing becaose the P-90 is smaller then a humbucker
*sorry, my english is somehow fucked up

WARNING
If you plan to do this as your first pick-up, it can be very confusing. I know from experience. Due to the awkward input and tone controls and the stupidity of taking out both my stock pick-ups by accident, it took me over 3 hours. If you can, see if you can get someone who knows how to do it well do it. Watch them. It'll be a learning experience
P.S. - You don't have to replace your pots or input for there's if you don't want to, although I do sorta reccomend it unless you have a good reason.
