Since we all (mostly) play metal hear, I was wondering what everyone uses to play. Like guitar/amp/effects/settings and stuff. I have ...
Jackson RR3 (Seymour Duncan Invaders) tuned to B
Jackson Kelly (EMG 81/85) Tuned to Eb
Marshall TSL 60
Boss GT-6
I switch settings a lot, I am not great with arranging everything and am still looking for "the perfect tone" but that's what I got.

Jackson Kelly 3, Boss GT6 and a Peaveyy 65w (big amp on the way).
But I still can't get no fucking good blackmetal tone out of the GT6.

Ibanez RG 570 tuned to D and i drop for some songs
Marshall DSL 100 and 1960 B
Boss : MT2, DD3, Super chorus, cry baby and multi fx piece of shit that has an ok phaser.

I gotta les paul copy which i sanded back and sprayed gold, then drew all over it and chucked weird stickers on it..i adjusted it slightly for a better palm mute action and i got myself a nice sounding guitar..
i run it through a 200watt peavey sessionbass head and a randall 412-jb(4oowatt) and i use a dod grunge for distortion...cause it sh*ts all over the metal zone....i know cause i have a metal zone.

1972 telecaster thinline with emg 81 and 85 pickups, white paintjob with a black pickgaurd. and possibly some type of kahler trem if possible.
amp:
mesa vtwin rackmount preamp
tube works 100w brigdeable(or 2x50w) tube poweramp
peavey roadready 4x12 with sheffeild 1290's
ancient crate 4x12 with jensens in it.
pedals:
channel switcher for vtwin, boss noise suppressor,delay,eq. ibanez chorus flanger, dunlop mr. crybaby wah wah/volume, and digitech whammy.

I got an Ibanez JS100 (changed bridge for EMG-81) tuned to Eb. I have the Marshall AVT50 half stack package which I set chan 1 to crunch and chan 2 to sweep mids blaring the gain for leads. For effects, a Digitech Delay pedal, old DOD Chorus that I resurrected, and a MT-2. That's basically all I got right now :P
