With "normal" (read Mainstream) music, those voice removal plugins that exist can work ok, but generally for such "noisy" music as metal, they are shit. Especially downtuned guitars and growled vocals make it a hell to take out the vocals or drums, since other instruments are interfering. So I don't think you'll find anything suitable. You could try playing with your EQ though, to see if there are any frequencies that take out more vocals/drums than guitar. Good luck.
