Question Floyd rose intonation

I think it's about time to do something about the intonation of my guitar, it's a Jackson RR3 with a floyd rose tremolo but there are a few questions I need answered first. Are the intonation screws the ones that are in front of where the strings are inserted (whatever that is called), just below the string? (see picture) And, do I have to loosen the string before going at it or is there any other way?

Yes thoes are the screws. I'd advise to not do it yourself unless you have a good idea of what you are doing. Especialy since that is a RR3 and it has a shit version of the Floyd making it unstable.
