I hope the production will be different this time, allthough the albums have been great i still prefer Tomb of the Mutilation's sound or even Gallery of Suicide's.

Some of these names are hilarious. Is Barnes still writing?
You can't leave an album lying around the house with names like those.
I keep my CC stuff buried so no one can read the names. When they do, they
think i'm nuts.
Some people will never be satisfied..."Nothing left to Mutilate" Mid-life Crisis?

BWAHAHA! Me to, me too. Before school, when I was still at home, I...sorta hid my CC album(only one at the time) Gallery of Suicide. My mom'd shoot me if she saw that.

Oh come on,I build my life around their song titles, they inspire me
Actually they're cool,it would be strange if they started writing lyrics about flowers and bunnies... Not all of their lyrics are cheesy though, some songs have strong lyrics. You know about the darker side of a killer's mind or depression and shit like that.

looking at the albu titles, kind of tells me this might be
the sickest album since Tomb Of The Mutilated. The later albums are
ok from what I heard when borrowing cd's. And its released in February?
GOD DAMN! Alot of badass death metal bands are releasing their albums
on february like Pyaemia and others.

CANNIBAL CORPSE recently completed their forthcoming album entitled 'The Wretched Spawn', at Sonic Ranch Studios in Texas with producer Neil Kernon. The band are currently finalizing the Vincent Locke artwork. The street date of the record is set for February 17th, 2004 through Metal Blade Records.
Drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz spoke to BW&BK whilst in the studio about certain influences that helped mold his highly technical style.
“Well, the two main drummers for me would definitely be Dave Lombardo and Neil Peart from Rush. Rush, there’s no denying that they are incredible musicians that I believe had a major impact on a lot of heavy metal musicians, especially if you grew up in the ‘80s with albums like Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures and 2112. I mean the drumming on those albums are phenomenal. Neil has a very hard rockin’ metal style to his drumming on a lot of the songs.
As for duplicating Peart’s unsurpassed style: “I can’t do anything he does,” the drummer laughs. “God, I wish I could do the shit he does, I can’t do any of that. I look at myself as not a very versatile drummer. I play Cannibal Corpse, death metal, and that’s what I do. But I have Rush with me wherever I go. If I’m bringing CDs with me, Rush has to be there. Even when I listen to stuff that I’ve heard over and over, I’m blown away every time from Neil’s drumming. I wish I could do that, and maybe I could if I actually applied myself but I almost don’t want to. I want to have that mystique of listening to him and being in awe.”

I love Rush! Neil is a God!
Paul is the coolest! to think, the drummer of such an extreme band listening to RUSH whereever he goes. that's sweeet.

its great to have influences outside from genres that u play...
I personally love the music from Hootie and the blowfish, what
amazing song structure they have, people make fun of me
because I have an album from them. Also alot of classical music is
nice and soothing.
