Ha, this is really great.
Everyone go to metal-realm.com and check the reviews section. My band just got on there!!! They gave my demo a 5/10 and said a my vocals actually worked okay. I am in total shock. I thought I would get like a 1/10 or 0/10.
See, my first two demos I sent out were really bad, now that I look back at them. Much like labels have told me, it's original and has a good idea, but it needs to be developed. If I can improve the guitar distortion, I'll be in good shape.
My band is called Gravity Crash, and I am Derek, check the reviews section on the site.

nah, 5/10 is bad, but that demo was kinda old. My first album is gonna be way better.
I mailed them my demo cd, by the way.
The production sucked cuz I recorded from a PA through a computer. I'm getting a half stack this friday and will re-record the guitar for the 12 new songs I got, then I'll send that out.
I wish it didn't take so long though..... I sent that demo out in August, I believe.
If I had a female to split the vocals with me and got better guitar sound, I bet I could get signed.

my Decapitated powertab got put up on powertabs.net
the weird thing is, i submitted it at the same time with another powertab (Death By Stereo) like last weekend, and both those tabs were in the middle of the list until today.
seems like somebody saw the band Decapitated and put it up right away.

Well, my knowledge of using computerized drums was poor at first so the drums skipped maybe once or twice per song (sometimes they went okay). At first I considered it just a problem with shitty recording, but since then I have learned to fix it.
As for bad guitar rhythms, well I am not the greatest rhythm writer, but I blame most of that on the guitar distortion. Any power chord rhythm sounds like a total unrecognizable mess.
I can't wait for my album to be sent out. It even makes us even more of a go-in-all-genre-directions band. I knew my use of keyboards would be the biggest way to stand out, even if the songs show a lack of skill.
Basically, as some labels have told me: the ideas are good, but I gotta improve my basic skills. My vocals were so bad on those first demos.........

well the production of our cd is quite questionable...but we dont mind it cuz its just a demo & we recorded it amidst serious time & money contsraints...and equipment constraints as well
anyway we're working on a new most-probably-demo, which is DEFINITELY gonna be better than this one

What do you mean you don't have any cones? A cone is a type of joint. You put the weed in the paper but put more towards the end so when you roll it you get a cone shape. Its hard but burns a lot better

Oh god, I was the most drunk I have ever been last night. I was at a party and my friends almost took me to the hospital to get my stomach pumped. I just got home and now I got to be at work in an hour. I'm still stumbling a bit and on the brink of vomiting some more.

I'm scared though, I literally have no memory of my night after 1 AM. My friends say I was still up, but at about 1 am I was drinking, then, the next thing I know, it's 9:30 and I'm waking up on a couch.

The best shit I've had was from BC...They were purps.
The leaves were light purple and the hairs were dark dark purple. The smoke was a purple haze and it turned my tounge a purple tint.
