Composition Help
I've got to produce a composition on guitar for my music coursework and it has to be to quite a high standard. So i was thinking of producing a melodic acoustic song. Anyways i was just wondering wat sort of scales, chords etc would be best to use? and how would i make it real good? thanx

It doesn't really matter what key you use man. You can create nice technical peices of music in any key. What I like to do is find my own voice within whatever key I use....that's the hard part. Just stay true to yourself and write what you feel.

if you want it to harmonize well, if you have chords in the backround come up with a cool solo to go over it and use mostly the notes that make up the chords, it'll sound really good together
