what i must to do when i have this in a tab?

those look like rake notes to me... but it seems like its in chord form, i
"think" basically you just mute with your fingers on your fretting hand.

Yes, you place your hand on all the stings that have an "X" on them and pick it. It just makes a scratching noise but you need to determine a ball park figure of where you need to place your hand. It its a heavy "chika chicka" then you do it higher, higher, lower ect. Its important though that you dont do it on the 7th fret bar or the 12th to avoide natural harmonics.

To play that, just note the 2nd fret A string as shown and place your hand over the other strings. Then stoke all the strings.
