Speaker Check
My speaker buzzes on clean on my marshall 60 watt solid state. Is it supposed to do this, or is there somthing fucked up in the speaker or amp components?

It's just the amp i think, cause the tv's never on when i play. even with no pedals and one lead right to the amp it stil buzzes, just when you hit the note though, not all the time. Its almost like a output problem or somthing from the guitar......

If the amp buzzes, even if your guitar isnt plugged into it, you're probably getting a 60hz ground loop (caused by improperly grounded wall outlets).
Addtionally, anything in the 60hz range can cause buzzing, including (but not limited to) Tv's, Computer Monitors, Flourecent lighting, etc.
Make sure none of these thing are near your amp
additionally, try moving the amp to a different room and using a different plug
If it stops buzzing after you unplug your guitar from the amplifier, then you've either got dirty pickups, shoddy guitar cables, or generally, you just need to give you guitar a good old tune up and/or cleaning.
Hope this was somewhat helpful
