Legendary axeman Eddie Van Halen was one of 11 guitarists that auditioned for LIMP BIZKIT during their lengthy search for a replacement for Wes Borland earlier this year, according to a MTV.com news feature on the making of BIZKIT's new album, "Results May Vary".
Not being 100% satisfied with any of the candidates, LIMP BIZKIT frontman Fred Durst eventually called a guitarist he remembered feeling chemistry with a year earlier and asked him to come back. Mike Smith, formerly of SNOT, jammed with the band for 20 minutes before he got the invitation to join.
"He's what we've been looking for," Durst said. "We need an actual guitar player."
"I feel like I play really well with these guys," Smith said.
LIMP BIZKIT would later liken their guitar search to a relationship, saying they could not commit to someone else until they had completely gotten over Borland.

HAHAHAH, my drummer dropped out of school a couple of days ago and he thought it'd be funny if I told everyone he O.D'd on crack. On monday I told about 5 people and at the end of the day the rumor spread like AIDS to 3 different schools. About 50 people left early because of panic attacks and shit, everyone was crying, it was fucking great. The plan was to wait about a month (until Halloween) and then throw a party where my band would play at and then everyone would see him again, hell of a scare it could've been. Unfortunately, a cop came to my house to confirm his death and I had to come clean. As a punishment I have to write a report about crack, hehehehehehehehehe FUCKING GREAT

Nah, but 90% of all beers are shit, bad beer makes you piss like a wild boar and it just doesn't taste nice (for example, dutch 'oranjeboom' gives you a major hangover)
I drink beer every day, when I get home from uni, or in the city I study, only on days I feel sick or something I don't go and drink. and on 'broke' days its impossible, ofcourse. when you're feeling like crap, its even easier to drink a lot, because you forget you feel like shit. the bad thing is, if you're used to beer, you don't get drunk easily, it costs me a LOT of money to get loaded... |

Shit, I drink every day, not always beer though. I'm friends with some 'hustlers" in my school and every once in a while they bring me 40s in sprite bottles and such. about liqour, I dunno, I like some liqours, but the problem is, you can drink them as lemonade, let's say Pasoa or Blue Curacau, that stuff tastes damn good and sweet as lemonade, but somehow it doesn't taste alcoholic or something.
Bacardi Lemon, I dunno if anyone ever tried it, at my intro evening in school I downed a full bottle, I had a two day hangover, damn, I'll never drink that shit again, it leaves a bad after-taste. I hugged my toilet twice, I took it after a shitload of beer, when I was allready feeling quite fuzzy. bad choice.
so yeah, I steer clear of a lot of liqours, except some scottisch whisky's like Dalwhinni and Talisker, but that's just for the taste, you don't wanna get drunk on whisky, it has the worst hangovers.
I don't feel a lot in the morning after beer, which is good, if you combine heaps of beer with some mixers and some hard liquor, you'll feel it in the morning.
