Posting TABs

Whenever I try to post my TAB it's always crumpled up, instead of being spaced between bars.

I use Courier 10 Regular font like what it says on the site. What am I doing wrong?

Are you 100% sure you write and post the tabs in a mono spaced font?

Mono-Spaced font? I'm using Courier New, and even when I use Courier.. and regular sized courier it still crams up.
