"Reply to Goodbye"
Could probably go with a subdued Type O sounding song. Or something more mellow with other music. Thanks for the read. The first and last are sort of a chorus effect.
" Reply to Goodbye"
Someday when the leaves begin to fall
She'll think about him--
And dream of the warmth that she did miss.
A song will drift out from the clouds above her.
And a tear will touch her cheek like a kiss.
She always thought of him and wondered
Never lied about what she felt inside
But one day he disappearred like the clouds above
And in her heart part of her has died
She knew that forever's just a fairytale
And she knew that what she felt was unreal
But she so hoped for a miracle to happen
Now there's nothing left for her to feel.
Crying in the rain to hide her teardrops
Walking slowly by the riverside
Stoops to pick a wild rose but a thorn draws blood
Fingers still hold tightly as she cries
Someday when the leaves begin to fall
She'll think about him--
And dream of the warmth that she did miss.
A song will drift out from the clouds above her.
And a tear will touch her cheek like a kiss.
