my sister sucks hard at guitar and i wanna know if shed be better playing base cause thats the next thing she wants to try.

I think guitar is easier to learn how to play than bass. Although, it all depends on the person playing, and none of us know your sister. So your question can't really be answered...

Alright, your sister is a shitty guitar player, so odds are, she'll be a shitty bass player. I don't know her, but it seems like she's looking for an easy way out, and bass isn't that. Make her sit the fuck down and play her guitar, but don't subject a bass to ignorance. Bass isn't an easy way out, it's just different, and better.
