Make sure your friend does some exercises for his
Ham String muscles which will help alot when it comes
to persistance with the double bass.

Nihilist,
I was 8 months pregnant and I recorded myself on video playing. I used a Drumometer
I was The fastest female for over one year and am listed on the Extreme sport drumming Battle of the feet ranking page. I am currently in 4th place for the females and 204th overall. my real name is Lori Henderson and you can see me here #204
I do actually hold the Record for being the World's Fastest Pregnant Drummer.

I have improved on my score a great deal. But with raising a family and also teaching Drum lessons. I don't have time currently to compete. Hopefully I will be able to in the future. |

and roddy's drum video kicks serious ass. i can play so much better now after practicing with it. Listen to some hate eternal and youll see what i mean. This guy is a machine.
