Bc rich warlock plus emgs plus Digitech metal master
ok
here is what's happening for me
soon i will be getting a Bc Rich Platnuim left handed warlock and i will be putting at least 1 Emg in it
now do i was at a local music store and i tried the Digitech metal master through my Ibanez with a Seymour Duncan Jb humbucker and with a Jcm 900 head and i got Un doubtedly the BEST METAL TONE EVER it was quit extreme and gave me a very dark sound (it sounded like what i thought EMGs should soundl like)
now what my question is if i use the digitech metal master with a warlock with EMGs will it be way too extreme and just sound crappy? because the tone i got with my Ibanez was Perfect

i doubt it, but try it out, see what happens, and if it doesn't work out for you, put the Seymour Duncan in your Warlock, and try that.

Ive had a Platn..Warlock and the pickups sounded damn good... they sound better then the Emg Hz series i think...but not as good as an 81 ...just a good all the way around pickup

Thanks dudes
i anxously await my new axe
the only thing this thread needs to be complete is a contraversial post by jesus christ
I have a Platnium V and the pickups were muddy as shit. Put an EMG 81 in the bridge, the neck pickup never gets used. The EMG wil give youbetter sustain and a higher out put. Chances are you will get more feedback. And there may be a bit to much output for you, if so, just turn the gain fdown a bit on the amp.
