My boss brought one of these into work about a week ago and I can't put the damn thing down long enough to get some work done. This thing works out the arm muscules that usually tense up when I play guitar. After using it for just one week I can tell a big difference. Alot of the discomfort had really started to disappear. I can play faster for longer periods of time. I thought you guitar players would like to atleast check it out. If you don't play guitar it will really develop your wanking muscles. Mine is coming along nicely
