A lot of video game music may be made by only 1-2 guys per game. It may not be an actual band.
Go to WinMX and type the game name and the band name may come up, if it is a band.
If you type Destruction Derby on the mp3 search, you may get something like:
The Ass Clowns - Cockwrench (from the Destruction Derby soundtrack)
