one of my strings finally broke today and ive needed to get diff ones for awhile now anyways. what gauge strings should i get to tune to be able to play e eflat and d cuz thats mostly what i play and whatever strings came on my guitar could play e and thats about it. And if there is a good brand of strings or somethin i would like to know that to. Im clueless bout all this stuff. I just play every once in awhile.

i had .09's on there and they barely worked at eflat and at higer frets on d they wouldnt make noise. I ordered some .11 ernie balls tho so i guess theyll work, i talked to one of my friends and hes usin .11's for standard tunin

If you have a locking tremolo system then you'll have to put an extra spring in the back tune tune up to E.
