of course, it depends on yur style. but wut tunings u fellas use? but just to make things clear, tell wut style of music u play(maybe give a band for an example), and then tell the tuning and gauge of string u use. me: DGCFAD(all strings one step down), dean markely blue steel 11-52(mediums), and with metal its...shit i dont know. split between SOAD/pantera/and and average heavy metal band.

full D tuning on guitar and BEADG on my bass, and full D on my 4 string too.

i play the good old death metal and for tunnings i usually go down full step or sometime ill go down a half step. and def what full d? i probably know what it is, just have never heard it called that

I usually use normal tuning or B tuning (2.5 steps down). I'm usually in normal because I hate fucking with my floyd rose (note to self: buy a kahler).

normal tuning with my 7 string... sometimes i drop the B to an A though, like a drop D affect for the 7th string...
