Phil Anselmo in a black metal band?

I read in my old metal maniacs magazine that Phil from Pantera
was in a side project with a black metal band....
By chance do you know what's the name of the band?

the band is called' Eibon ' and is made up of Fenriz (darkthrone) Satyr wongraven (satyricon) and of course phil anselmo, you can find an mp3 for download here>>>>Moonfog the debut album should be released around september 2003 i believe
