Training on an acoustic?
I heard from serveral people that training on an acoustic for speed is better because it has high action and thick strings. Would it matter if I get a cheap $100 acoustic electric guitar, or do I need one similar to mine? I don't really planning on playing the acoustic live, just for practice, so I don't want spend a lot on it.

i'd say for a practice guitar, $100 is too much. any acoustic will do yo uild up strength

If you have an electric it's no reason to buy an acoustic one just to practise. The acoustic may be easier to play, but you vill learn to handle the tiny el-guitar neck prety fast...
But if are going to buy an acoustic guitar you should get one who has some qualety, becouse it's mutch more fun to play on than wasting money on a rubishguitar who makes so poor sound that you give up playing on it pretty fast...

acoustics are awesome, play very smooth stuff on them, and chiks appreciate a nice song played to them whilst u sing. buy a good one

The guy with the acoustic guitar gets some of the chicks... Thats a fact 
But many girls I know do also hate those fagoths... who plays hot

I was thinking about that one. $100 shipped. I read some reviews about them and a lot of people said they were good guitars. Two said they sucked. One guy said it was more like a toy than a guitar. The other guy said it was smaller than we would like. It's 39 inches and says it's a full size guitar. I don't know if that guy didn't know he was getting a thin body acoustic or what. One guy actually hated it so much, he sent it back. The only thing that concerns me is the neck. It looks a little too short.

it looks like a pretty good buy, ya need to play acoustics before ya buy them to see how they sound, looks highly varnished do u mite loose a lot of sound. but chiks dont notice dis and u can still hook dem up

dont go and buy an acoustic just to "train" on them. If your gonna buy an acoustic, actually use it.

yeh unless ur rich fuker an can afford to buy lots of guitars u mayswell just buy one good guitar and get urself used to that guitar, therefore if u do play on stage u got more experience with the guitar

$100 for an acousic is very cheap. My guess is that it sucks...
