I imagine it'd be pretty easy to make one of these yourself. I've got about 30 of Bobbi's old XXL diaphragms; I could just cut a hole in the middle of one and slot it in.

I ain't ever even heard of this that there thang. I doubt it can make THAT much of a difference. What's the retail price?
