Man you wouldn't believe how many dudes were doing MDMA at this hippie festival where I was.
Believe me a combination of mud, soap bubbles in size of a full grown man and dudes on mdma hunting those soap bubbles are funny as fuck

Of course, the real question here is - if you've reached an age of over eighty and very much enjoyed your daily cigarettes... is there any rational reason for you not to have had that pleasure in life? We're all gonna die and eighty is a pretty damn good score by most counts. Why should you live as if you were sick, simply for the pleasure of dying healthy?

She's allowed to smoke at certain times of the day at the home because of her mental status, and she did cut back to about half her regular schedule during winter. They have an awning outside an entrance with some benches and a nurse takes the residents out and brings a lighter and their cigarettes. They're allowed 2 smokes about 5 times a day if they like. For a nursing home, it's a very nice, friendly, and accommodating place which makes it easier on her and the family.

When grandpa died, grandma threw out his pipe and humidor. She swore that it caused his cancer. Now I know it could have been related to his work with asbestos in refrigeration, too.

.5 grams, I have no idea if it was pure or not. Didn't seem too intense so probably not pure. Wasn't bunk though, I was pretty happy and confident.

According to Alex the web server ran out of disc space. He told me to pass on a tip to help prevent the server's hard discs from becoming swamped in future: ban TruthDevoid, BassBehemoth and Requiem from continuously attaching gay porn pics to their posts in the fitness thread. He also said it might be helpful to simply delete all non-white members, whittle down all text walls to 1 paragraph except for mine because mine are so awesome and interesting, and to replace any reference to Nyan Cat, midgets and retards with an emoticon - the choice of emoticon is to be decided upon in the mod's forum at a later date.

Also, fuck Jews. Fucking Jews - in the figurative sense of the term - gives the hard disc 666MB of extra space because it's no longer reserved by the server for Jew-related data overheads such as Mel Gibson avatars and pre-typed references to 9/11.

Yea it'll take most people between 75-125 mg to achieve a "roll". I usually prefer lower doses because I have a tendency to freak out on hard drugs. The awesome thing about drugs, though, is learning to enjoy them at moderated doses... like your 50 mg experience. Then you can "hone in" on their effects and appear quite sober to most people. I've had wonderful times going about my day very normally on high doses of opiates.

I just noticed that Steam is accepting help translating the website into other languages, and I checked to see which languages are currently supported (I still don't know why), which is when I noticed this:

Actually, I am, I just checked the Green forum skin and the normal "New Thread" icon is there. Why the fuck do I suddenly get a huge classical guitar instead of the usual icon? This is weirder than the time I saw the face of Christ in my ejaculate before I realised I had actually cum on a sleeping hobo.

Really good article on the Stuxnet worm that infected Iran's nuclear plant(s). Be prepared to read a pretty long article but it's very interesting especially to any one of you involved in any type of science field or business.

The article does point fingers, and evidence wise I'd have to agree that worm was definitely a government made piece of software. Reading an older article around a year or so ago I disagreed with said opinions that it was a state sponsored worm, said article failed to mention that multiple languages and great knowledge would be required to control the inner workings of the nuclear plant.

It's definitely a sophisticated piece of software with a great deal of knowledge in its source code that I would love to view. I my self have dealt with signed certificates from a third party firm during a reverse engineering project at a previous job and those things are headaches I could only by pass them by literally ripping the code apart and quoting out the code that made the call to check if signed. To actually acquire and use a certificate signed by a real manufacturer boggles me, definitely doing some research and experimentation on that. Signed certificates are not something you make out of thin air or copy from a firm, a signed software certificate actually deals with two different variables at compilation of the source code one piece is always with the software, but to use the certificate again you must have the second part which is located on the machine that compiled the source code.

I've reversed engineered some programs in my time md5hash checks, in house security .dll's, multi part programs running in order syncing up, and local database information made me stay at work until 2-3 in the morning until being able to get past one security defense to fall right into the other. Reading about this worm makes makes me drool with fascination then again it may be the beer. But a team of dedicated people with inside help and instructions made that. The stuff I worked on was written in MSVS 2003 in language like visual basic or c# which for the most part are easily decompiled into some sort of readable code(it wouldn't work but you could make out just enough to rewrite it your self). If that wouldn't work you could pull out the assembly decompiler and it would break down anything, problem with that is assembly language is hard to read(start here, jump there, no fuck you come back, ok ok stop playing, what? what is that? no come here. take this piece of memory please. stop. no sorry I was saying go but you can jump here) sort of like that. But to go out and get the know how on how German made nuclear plant works, that takes a damn expert.

anyone hear the new Decapitated album. It's very different, which is to be expected I guess. I'm not sure how i feel about it. The first couple listens I hated it. I'm still giving it a chance, and I'm starting to hear some good parts in it, but I'm still not convinced.

Vogg is the only remaining original member. The band should change their name....and quite frankly, anything post Sauron I've heard pretty much sucks, which is unfortunate.

Vogg is the only original? Is that just for this album or for how many previous? I kind of stopped following them3 or 4 years ago.

Looking at the musical aspect of the album I'm cool with it. There are definitely some boring parts on it but somehow it still reminds me of Decapitated. I also like their more unusual records like The Negation or Organic Hallucinosis. Especially The Negation, that's by far my favourite album of them.

Anyway I fucking hate the new singer. Could've also been the singer for fucking Ill Nino or some other pussy shit

The Negation is my favorite as well, closely followed by OH. Nihility is in a distant 3rd. I've given the new album quite a few run throughs and it's definitely growing on me. There's not a whole lot of memorable parts and the songs all tend to blend (except for Homo Sum) but the overall sound has a unique quality to it. It holds a certain mood or atmosphere to it, and for that i can respect it. I don't mind the vocalist at all, but i'm pretty open to a variety of vocal stylings. To compare him to shit like Ill Nino or some garbage like that is pretty harsh.

I saw Metallica last night..2nd row the whole set. Fucking incredible. My friend's gf took a lot of pics, but I took a few on my iphone. The pyrotechnics were also pretty fucking sweet. During 'One' one of the explosions went right into the eye of a security guard! LOL. He dropped to the ground and an EMT jumped on him.

I like older Decapitated the best, I find it much more "catchy". Nihility and back are my go-to Decapitated records.

Maybe the security guards should wear safety glasses at least. Otherwise it sounds like it was great concert. I think if we'd been sitting below the speakers at least year ago when we saw them it would have been a lot better. Glad you guys all had fun.

I'm pretty sure it was Judas Priest that was going to play in town here and found out it was a small venue, got obnoxious, and left. Not good for keeping fans. That was probably 10 or 15 years ago, at least.

I'm so entertaining sometimes. Paddy and I were discussing dentistry and what a difference a letter makes. I asked - are they going to pull it or do root anals?

I think I've just set a record for my typos.

It's like 85 degrees at 7 this morning. Thinking snow, snow snow. I did hook my a/c up yesterday and it helped when it got up in the upper 90s. Heat index is like 105 and supposed to be the same today. I've got a yard sale to help with for the next 2 days. ick

I suppose it's a judgment on us all that everyone reading Gomer's last post had at least a few seconds' worth of hesitation - keep Gomli or get a yummy suicide-by-shotgun-to-the-head video?

I only know of her because hack observational comics in the UK do little else but talk about her as well as the usual hacky cunt comedian fodder like social networking websites and what bin Laden's last words might have been.

Read an article earlier about some attacks in Norway, I'm remembering we had some people on the board from said state just wanted to give my condolences if any of your friends or you were involved.

Let's play the amazing hypothetical scenario game! I'll go first.

It's the year 2022, brain transplants are possible. The woman you love is in an accident, her body is completely fucked beyond repair and her only chance of living on is to have her brain transplanted into another body. But oh my GOD! The only available donor body at that moment is a MALE one! She gets the transplant done, lives, and returns home. Do you still love her, do you still get physically intimate with her, do her genitals still taste like rotten apples or do they now taste unmistakably like over-salted burger meat? Eventually it would be feasible for her to have a sex change, but after such major surgery to save her it's unlikely she'd be eligible for at least a year or two. Fuck it, this is my scenario - she's not eligible for 10 years!

My answer: I'd still love her and, assuming she was up for it, I'd knock our erect cocks together in the shower. Stiff 'n' sudsy, that's how it's gotta be from here on, and I don't care because I love her brain. I also love her tits and gut-bucket, but shit happens, and so do threesomes - how hot would that be? A woman getting fucked by my girlfriend's cock without realising she's actually lezzing it up! Oh boy!

Paddy, your brain should be studied, but I don't know who would have that capability.

I hadn't heard about Winehouse. The Rehab song that made her popular over here was pretty catchy, but that's the only thing I remember her doing. Oh well, maybe she and Cobain can jam together now.

Norway was a tragic event. My prayers and heart go out to those unfortunate people.

Joe, I was honestly going to make one, but then I thought "people must find it really irritating that I hog all of the birthday threadage; I'll sit this one out and let one of Joe's other good friends make him one". Turns out I'm the only one who gives a fuck about you after all. I'll keep that in mind for next year.

Happy belated birthday

Don't worry. He's being demoted from mod to regular for this shit.

And to Paddy's scenario: I'm sure I'd remain close, but I wouldn't love her like I did. I need tits.

I dunno, I think I heard it like that in the game, original. Maybe just twisted imagination. It also struck me that sometimes they really sounded like they were crying "Hjälp mig"; the Swedish equivalent of "help me". Oh well.

As for Norway, yea; I have two friends that survived at the island. You could say that Scandinavia is a tad rattled, at the moment.

I like this. Sitting around and browsing music has never been so awesome and easy. Anybody else using Spotify?

I've used both and I can honestly say Napster is better than Spotify, particularly as they both now cost about the same. Spotify just seem to be marketing themselves better.

Yea it is free in the U.S. I really like the layout and they seem to make sure that bands get paid. I don't know much about Napster, though, besides some past legal trouble that they had.

Whoops! I forgot about him. He doesn't come here often, does he?

Edit: Hey wait a minute, he's from Sweden isn't he?

Ha, yea, I'm from Sweden, but I have two friends that survived on the island; not to mention that although he hit a political party I spend some time pretty much every day calling various types of idiots, it's still my home turf, in a sense. Still, no worries for my part, blitz; there's a thin but very definite line between joke and business.

Sorry man, I had no idea that you knew people who were directly involved

Should I edit the links out of that post?

Howdy strangers! I finally moved from VA. Sitting at Narita airport outside of Tokyo and waiting on some shuttle to come take me to Yokosuka where I'll be living for the next year and a half or so.

How's things in your necks of the woods?

On the free version over here you're only allowed to listen to a song 5 times before the dreaded "upgrade your subscription" pop-up appears. Don't worry, you'll see it in the US soon enough.

No sweat man, like I said, I know this was meant to be on the right side of the line between joke and being serious. Anyhows, I know lots of people think I have a warped mind, but I kinda like it. Here he came, the modern day righteous crusader out to strike terror into society, and there he went, off to a correct, dreary and boring trial and a gag in an internet comic. Didn't scare us anymore than that, you little shithead, kind of thing.

Over here it just does a short audio advertisement between a certain number of songs. Doesn't bother me, though.

Maybe I'll be seeing you around in the navy shortly, be nice to me chief.

Yep, that's how it used to be here, too. Spotify are putting the hard yards in now (i.e. free memebrship with adverts roughley every 4 or 5 songs) by building a barrier that is designed to stop you leaving for a rival product.

This barrier is the accumulation of songs in your library and creation of playlists. Say you have 50,000 songs in your library, you would have to add all of them to your new library in a new product should you leave Spotify when they eventually introduce the subscription fee. Nobody can be fucked spending that much time doing that all over again, right? So you end up paying the subscription fee. Very clever marketing on Spotify's part.

I'd skip the elaborate marketing strategy foreplay and jump straight in with Napster. I pay £5 per month for unlimited streaming to my PC of about 8 million songs (Napster has a much larger selection than Spotify, by about 2 million last time I checked). I believe Spotify are charging £10 per month for streaming on any supported device.

I can upgrade to £15 per month to get the streaming through my iPhone, but I rarely get a consistent stream from internet radio stations even when I have full wifi available so it's not something I will be considering until this is resolved.

The crux is that you'll pay twice as much with Spotify for the same service as Napster and fewer songs than Napster.

I also prefer Napster's user interface; Spotify seems harder to navigate.

So far it seems pretty cool. I was so beat yesterday from the flight over that I pretty much checked into my room, ate some food and went to sleep. Was a couple hours from VA to Dallas, then sat there for 1.5 hours before a 13 hour flight from TX to Tokyo. Then sat there for 1.5 hours until I could catch a shuttle to the base. I left at 6:30am on Sunday and arrived here at a about 1:30pm on Monday (time zones and international dateline).

Not sure about the woman thing, been talking to an ex for the last few months before I left and we talk all the time. We saw each other a few times before I left (she lives in a different state than I did). So I'm hoping something comes out of that. I told her I'd pay to fly her out here but I don't think that's gonna happen. We'll see I guess.

Cool, I'm no Chief though. I'll be out here for a year and a half then I'll probably wind up back in the Norfolk, VA area for a 2 year shore tour, which I can't wait to do. Nothing like sleeping in my own bed every night.
