metal magazines = revolver and metal maniacs (american atleast)
guitar magazines - i love guitar world, monthly columns from zakk wylde and dimebag had a bunch, ihear he's coming back though, and kerry king has one too, great for everything guitar. Guitar one is ok, but if you want just one, get guitar world.

yeah, it gives nu metal but theres always sections of metal, they have an "ask vinnie" column where you write in and ask vinnie paul (drummer of pantera for those of you who dont know, and if you dont, you really need to check them out before posting on this board again), and they have had articles of strapping young lad and cannibal corpse and shit.

I think tht "Guitar World" kind of sucks, because they have too many adds and not enough things on bands, because it's ok too have some adds. Hail!!!!
