i was learning a ozzy song(gets me through) one the tapping part it looks like this

how would u play that would you pull off the 9 to a open note then tap the 11 or just tap it really fast like your trilling it?

I suppose you are looking off the tab on this site which is mine. The way I do it is that I dont even tap the notes. I just pick em really fast.
