Check the Pantera thread. Slayme posted the statement from Dime about Pantera in there, which is the same statement that Dime gives readers in this issue of GW.

I've never listened to BLS so I didn't pay much attention to the news on their cd, but maybe I'll read through it again and tell you about it sometime in the near future.

If you like Eddie Van Halen, there's also a kinda big article on him in there...

It's about damn time they made another GW with a lot of interesting shit in it.

New BLS is due out April 11th, Pantera's future is murky, but apparently Dimebag and Vinne are doing a couple other projects: New Found Power (supposed to be good but the name is pretty gay) and Rebel meets Rabel with some country guy. They also talked about doing a guitar album with Eddie Van Halen.
