I'm going to buy my first Death album today...
I've had some mp3's of them for a long time and I've always thought it was cool stuff but recently I've been getting really into it and today I'm finally going to go buy a cd of theres... what would you all reccommend as a first?

Sound of Perserverence is definatly the best. All good Death elaments are in it, also symbolic is very good to.

I was looking for "Sound of Perserverance" cause I've heard that's the best but I could only find "Human"... and it kicks ass!

Every single album is killer. My personal favorites are Sound of Perseverance, Individual Thought Patterns, Symbolic and Human.
The live album is a good start too, sort of a greatest hits compilation.

I try finding the LIVE IN LA DVD but can't ...Second Spin and Tower Records doesn't have it.
