I mean, how do I play that 19h15? Should I just tap it very quickly after the 19 or what?

keep your index on the 15th fret, and play the 19 real fast and then quickly play the 15th. Then go down to 17 on B. You could tap, but i tap and pick it at the same time, so it isn't just tapping, but it moves the fingers faster.

well start off with your 1 off the fretboard, and so you're only fretting the 19. once you play it, pull it off, hammer the 15 down.
