Right I'm looking to buy a new guitar but I'm an awkward fucker because I'm a lefty.
My budget is between £350 - £400. Which is about 560 - 640 US Dollars or 540 - 615 Euros.

I need a decent guitar for the price to play extreme metal, mostly Black metal (my band is Darkthrone, Burzum, Immortal style stuff) , Death metal and Progressive Black/Death metal (bands like Opeth 'n' stuff)

any reccomendations on which guitar I should get and maybe where i could get it from?

If you're right handed don't be afraid to give me some oppinions on guitars at the lower end of that price range coz the lefty will be then in the higher lol.

hmmm....try out a lot of guitars to see what you like best first of all. I recommend a B.C Rich neck thru warlock and put some EMG pickups in it and it'll sound great.

a Jackson would be sweet, anything with EMG's is worth trying, but your budget won't cut it I guess.

well, you could get a cheap guitar and put EMG's in it. or you could sacrafice the EMG's for a slightly better guitar.

Hey i heard jimi henrix or sum guy like that had a righty guitar and he held it upsidedown cause he was a lefty. you could try that.

EMG's will come later, when I get more money to make guitar even better. Any kind of half decent humbuckers will do, a Platinum Series B.C. Rich Warlock is what most people have reccomended so far, the BDSM Humbuckers are supposed to be good enough...

So er yeah reccomend and talk about other actual guitars, don't worry about EMGs, they will come in good time
