I've been jamming None So Vile and Once Was Not like crazy lately...so besides other Cryptopsy albums, do you guys know of anything I will really dig?

If you're really digging None So Vile then listen to Brutal Truth's Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses. During their early career Cryptopsy practically ripped off this album, just adding solos in the process.

This album is pretty dang cool. I really like it, but I can't see how it was really ripped off....I mean I'm only three songs into it.

Are you sure you can't see the relationship? The first two Cryptopsy albums are basically US grindcore a la Brutal Truth, minus micro-songs plus solos.

Yeah I got it....I can see it pretty well. But I'm not going to bash cryptopsy for it, because it still has this insane vibe to it, I don't know, there both pretty damn awesome. Once Was Not is mega-badass as well...and I suppose it's a little more original.
But yeah, the drumming and the atmosphere of None So Vile is better than Extreme Conditions....so far
I could just be my noob infatuation with Cryptopsy.

So would I, but moreso middle-era Cryptopsy, i.e. Whisper Supremacy and And Then you'll Beg when they truly came into their own inimitable style. None So Vile has the edge over Extreme Conditions... purely due to Flo's drumming and Jon's solos.
