yeah.....one was used by Randy Rhodes (hence the RR) and has a V shape and a Kelly is sorta like a gibson explorer shape but different...just look it up on www.jacksonguitars.com and then u can stare at Briana Banks on the main page

well... i know how they both look.
But is there any other difference besides there look?

I'm thinking in buying a jackson since i play metal. I heard that the soloist is more versitable but the RR, Kelly has a more agressive sound. Don't know waht to buy.

I'm thinking in buying the kelly since you can play with it sit down.

well im sure there are some difference but them it also depends on what wood you get them made out of what humuckers you have ect but they both have 24 fret necks most of them both have floyed roses but the websites should tell u the difference in componints and stuff as for sound im not sure maybe ask a retalier in your area if he has played them most jacksons sounds kick ass no mater what models you get (but that could just be my opinion)

yeha but its kind of a pain i have a king v so ther mayb some difference but the only way i can play it is if you put one of your legs between the two points so the neck points upward becasue if you just play it normally it slides down so the neck is touching your legs and you cant play it that way iether i usually put my strap on then just kinda do a hlfk let it hang half balance it on my legs type things that works very well(thats not the best decripstion but for those who have a v guitar they might know what i am talking about)

i think i found a diferrence....

The kelly has just one "botton" ( i don't know what to call it in english) and another thing to chenge the pick ups.

the RR has at least three "buttons" ....don't know what does this means

by buttons do you meen the knobs the little dial/spinny things??? well if it is then normally there is three two for the volums of the pickups and one for the tone (which only makes a big difference to the sound if your playing through a clean channel) but there are some with four knobs i dont think i have evr seen one wiht just one so i dont know if my assumption on what your talking about is correct

yes... i'm talking about the knobs. My ibanez has 2 knobs. One for the volume and another one for the tone.
I think thaty the kelly has just one knob.
