If you mean the style in general, not really. I don't listen to heaps of it. If you mean bands like Misery Index or Dying Fetus who could qualify as grind, but aren't "grindcore" grindcore... What the fuck am I saying?

Im just getting into grind. Cephalic Carnage has alot of grind songs. Check out "fortious odessy" (spelling? #2 on lucid interval) And agoraphobic nosebleed is some of the fastest fucking grind ever.

Grindcore is a subgenre of grind.
Grind can be porngrind, goregrind, deathgrind, grindcore, etc, and crust is sometimes also considered here.

For anyone who thinks that most of grind is just shitty recordings and boring/muddy guitar lines, than please check out Daughters. Those guys singlehandedly renewed the majority of my interest in the genre (much more hardcore than those shitty goregrind/pornogrind bands)

as well as I can describe it crust is dirty, very fast, hardcore punk. Crust is much more punk than metal and the lyrics and chord progressions usually follow that. Instead of "I rape your grandmother with a dick that's covered in maggots" it would probably have more to do with a distrust of the government and usually have socio-political lyrics. Honestly, there really isn't a huge difference, its' kind of one of those things you know when you hear it a lot. Just like how some death metal heads have death metal classiied into brutal, technical, gore, and what not.
