How to do Metallica style thrash vocals?

hello! im in a two man band doing drumming, guitar, bass, and vocals. i know this forum is more about gutturals, but i already know how to do gutturals and exhale screams. i want to learn how to do Metallica-style vocals so i can be more diversified. thanks for any help!

haha thanks.. one more question.. do you need a good clean singing voice for this? and if you do, how can i improve my clean voice, cuz its quite bad
