Experiance, anyone ?
Hey guys,
I got a 1 year old bc rich warlock platinum,
and plan to replace the stock pickups with a EMG 81 and EMG 85..
But then, i do not really know how much this would improve the sound of my axe..
Is it worth the money ?
btw, i play mostly black metal, much tremolo picking and stuff..

A friend of mine just changed one of his pickups in his Bich.. He got a screaming Demon.. And it changed it quite a bit.. Hope that helps

BDSM's are alright, but ur better off with the EMG powered pickups...
Look at all those pro metal musicians who have EMG 81's and 85's .....
P.s. I tried the BC RICH BICH custom at Guitar center with EMG 81's and I like it....
Its pretty cool!!!
