i dont know anone body that listens to them(exept peopl from here) so how exactly is the name prounonced i know the forst part but am unsure on the second part (borgir) when i firt heard it i though it was bore jure then i think i read somewhere that its bore gear are iether of these correct if not what is it?

Correction: yeah, the name comes from a huge area on Iceland, with all these cool lava-formations and stuff, and it means (the) Dark Castle. There are tons of stories connected to that place. I pronounce it DIMM-u BOR-gir, with clean r's. But then I'm Norwegian, not Icelandic.

Here in columbus I have zero friends that are into anything that I am.. but in Wisconsin I have alot.. actually most of my friends are.. there's probably 10-15 of us that hang around.. so that makes it cool to have alot of people's opinions on albums and shit..

Yeah it does seem like no one listens to it.. I talked to a few guys from the vader show I went to..and they said at the Columbus show there was only like 120-130 people.. and that's in a pretty big city. I went to the Aurora, Il show and there were probably almost double that.. I know they went WAY over max capacity.. But I guess the point i'm getting at it Vader, Immolation, and Origin are pretty big with the underground..and if that's the only amount of people came out to see them that's not good..

it is bore gear. which you probably know by now. Something about myself, it may sound stupid but i always thought it was Bore ger. I am so used to saying it this way for years that gear sounds weird.
I know only two true metal heads. that would be my drummer and bassist. All my other friends who "like" anything else good also listen to some terrible shit.
