Interesting that, in this country I wouldn't recommend anyone to touch the public pension funds with a ten-yard stick. I don't have a nickle more there than what gets placed in it automatically from my salary, and what do you know... while the pension funds are hard at work digging six feet into the ground and shoveling the dirt on top of itself, my own placements are doing fairly well.

In the UK we have to pay into our public pension (via National Insurance). I meant for Transient to pay into a personal pension plan operated by a private sector company.

My pension plan ran at a loss last year, i.e. the carried forward fund value was less than the brought forward fund value. These are only short term losses though; a pension fund should achieve at least 5% growth per annum when averaged over its life span.

CTL- Heart to heart. That was why I quit smoking herb. It's probably why I got as bad as I did, too. I'd quit other times for pregnancy and job stuff, but after I had my lung spasm so I couldn't get air into it it scared me. I think it's cloe to a feeling of drowning. But anyways, I tried to do it a couple weeks after I recuperated sort of and it was so painful I stopped and never did it again after that. About 4 or 5 years now I lost track. It was more of a habitual thing before I went to bed by then so I had to reprogram myself to not reach for it. I had a couple role models that made it so much easier. My kids. So if you don't have the cravings now, and I realize that regular cigarettes are different, then take advantage of it and don't start up again. But if you do, it doesn't mean you can't stop somewhere down the road again. Just stop before you can't sing a whole phrase, have to hit 2 inhalers a couple times daily, and get pooped out doing things you shouldn't because you go into full blown chronic asthma.

Make sure your eating good stuff when you feel better. Being sick like that knocks the poop out of ya. I had cravings for popsicles and pbj's on whole wheat. Fluids and complete nutrients. I hope you feel better soon.

IF the UFC gets Fedor, it will be after Brock already has a few more years of experience under his belt. I'd still favor Fedor, but Brock Lesnar + 3 years of experience is a terrifying concept. I also favored Couture on Saturday, and Brock owned that match. The only thing that can temporarily halt Brock's progress now is Big Nog, and I think he will.

I think a lot of people can take out Lesnar. He's really not that talented, just overly massive and overpowering. Everyone's making a big deal that he beat Randy, but Randy is 45 years old. He'd never stand a chance with Randy in his prime, never.

Everyone calls him Big Nog, so as to differentiate him from his twin brother with the same first/last name (different middle names) who also competes in MMA. The smaller twin competes at light heavyweight (in the IFL, I think) and so is usually called Little Nog.

As for the rest of the post, I actually agree. In fact, I thought pretty much the same thing after I posted. I left it up, though, because it would still be a temporary setback, even though the loss would eventually make Lesnar even better. More importantly, it would force him to focus on improving his BJJ, which I'm sure he's done already after the Mir fight. The guy is a natural wrestler and showed good boxing/muay thai in the Couture fight. If he had even decent BJJ skills, who could stop him?

I disagree. 45 year old Randy Couture was still the World's Heavyweight Champion. Other than Fedor, nobody in MMA was better than Randy until last Saturday. I still think Nogueira is a good matchup for Lesnar, and has by far the best chance in UFC of slowing his momentum. I can see Nogueira pulling guard on a takedown attempt and trapping one of Brock's arms, but he's going to have to weather a hell of a storm to wear Brock down before he can get that chance.

yes and no, depends on your day to day time line.

if you have like a 830-330 school day and no PT work, then its a breeze.

basically you want to be able to spray he/she down with water twice a day. and before 2 hours till the lights go out for the night. thats the only maintenance part. other then that, fruits/veggies in a dish and some worms.

Ehh, so far I haven't seen too much great beer here thought it could be worse. On the ship we can't drink at all, so it was nice to finally have any beer. Last night I had some Kilkenny irish cream ale, kronenburg 1664, and some carlsberg lager. Other than that, they have the usual bud, miller light, etc. Can't wait to hit up some of the places in the Med. It's my PS2, and I would think it's that, but it plays everything else with no problem. When I got the sixth season and it didn't work, just exchanged it for another copy and it worked perfectly. I even have been able to play this game that's really fucking scratched and had no problem.
