anyone know what is a good cheap mic good for singing and screaming ? ?

Recording: I'm looking myself for a cheap condenser...

Performance/recording: Shure C606... has the same element stats as the legendary (and more expensive) Shure SM58's element, as far as I've checked. Nevertheless, the C606 isn't as stable with the signal.
But, as I said, looking for a cheap mic myself... so please throw better rec.
